IOGP’s Engineering Directorate comprises four Committees: Digital Transformation, Geomatics, Standards, and Subsea. As the first Quarter comes to a close, these Committees are already setting a brisk pace in progressing strategic priorities for 2025.
IOGP’s Engineering Directorate has published its Q1 Highlights. These include:
- IOGP/Energy Institute Join Normally Unattended Facilities Guideline Development Launch Workshop
- Joint Industry Sprint (JIS)-02: Additive Manufacturing Workshop
- Publication of IOGP Report 665-1 – Subsea Barrier and Isolation Philosophy for CCS Systems
- Initiation of JIS-03, Hub for IOGP Parts and Equipment (JIPE) Proof of Concept development, based on JIP33 LV Motor Specification
- Geomatics Remote Sensing Workshop dedicated to Remote Sensing Technologies and Applications with focus on Nature Based Solutions
