Description
The Oil and Gas Aviation Recommended Practices (OGARP), developed in collaboration between oil and gas companies, aviation industry associations, and aircraft operators, provides a framework for effective management of a key material risk to the safety of personnel. The OGARP is designed for the use of those involved in the operational management and contracting of aviation services in the energy industry. This document provides guidance on the setting of an aviation policy and how that policy is enacted through the assessment and approval of aircraft operators once a contract is in place.
