This document has been prepared by the joint IOGP-IPIECA Health Committee as part of a series related to the COVID-19 pandemic. The purpose of this series is to share the knowledge of the oil and gas industry’s health experts with decision makers addressing the risks and challenges presented by the COVID-19 pandemic.
The COVID-19 pandemic is now a major factor in our personal and professional lives. There is an increased need to ensure our workplaces support good mental health, as global public health experts have warned that we are likely to see an increase in mental health issues.
