Process safety performance data for the year 2020, part of IOGP’s Data Series. Participating IOGP Member Companies were asked to report the number of offshore and onshore Tier 1 and Tier 2 PSE for both drilling and production, consequences relating to Tier 1 and Tier 2 PSE and additional information about the material released and the operational activities at the time of the release.
