It seeks to promote collaboration, standardization, and strategic planning across the industry, emphasizing the foundational role of reference data architecture in achieving digital transformation and addressing current interoperability challenges.
The Report was matured in the context of the five key focus areas (KFAs) of the Digital Transformation Committee: Safety, Energy Transition and Environmental, Operations, Maintenance and Reliability, and Projects. These KFAs did not include any subsurface scope in the current version.
