This document offers recommendations for evaluating and selecting onshore facilities for the demolition and recycling of FPSOs and other floating offshore structures. It is intended to be used by asset owners and consists of a checklist and practical guidance for the use of the checklist. Using the checklist will help owners conduct a thorough evaluation of potential recycling facilities for an FPSO recycling project.
