Description
The International Association of Oil and Gas Producers (IOGP) has collected environmental data from its Member Companies every year since 1999. The ultimate aim of this effort is to provide a representative statement on the environmental performance of the contributing IOGP Member Companies. The scope of this report includes greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions (namely carbon dioxide (CO2), methane (CH4) and nitrous oxide (N2O) and hydrocarbon flaring reported by Member Companies from assets and activities within Europe, presented separately for Europe and the EU. This report will enable the use of upstream emissions data from our EU Producing Members as representative of the EU emissions to be used in the lifecycle analysis of methane emissions.
