Description
This paper aims to summarize existing developments in the digitalization of technical standards and specifications that have the potential to improve project delivery and asset support, and to set out a target position for digital delivery that can be used to better align the industry. This paper also considers other activities currently being conducted in the field of standardization and digitalization. It provides a possible roadmap detailing how developments can be aligned, a necessary step if the industry is going to meaningfully advance in the digital arena.
