Helping the industry move forward on DE&I

IOGP is working to create a unified voice across the sector advocating acceleration of progress toward workplaces with better performance on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I). Last year, our Workforce Energy Taskforce’s baseline study investigated how to secure the necessary talent and skills to deliver secure, affordable, and lower carbon energy solutions for all and facilitate digital transformation – while enabling an equitable energy transition.

Building an inclusive workforce in the oil and gas industry, intended for executives and senior leaders who set the culture for their organizations, will outline the findings from our research and the recommendations for the oil and gas industry to unite for a successful path forward to solving current and future talent shortages.
