IOGP’s Subsea Committee has published an executive summary of its subsea digitalization and electrification workshop. The one-day workshop’s key conclusion was that standardizing and joining forces with suppliers will help drive all electric and digitalization agendas forward.

From the workshop, it is evident that there is a clear desire for collaboration, as industry standardization cannot be achieved without it. The IOGP Subsea Committee will continue to stay abreast of technology developments and plans to work collaboratively with IOGP Members and industry.
