Men are allies

IOGP’s Women in Energy discussed gender equality with Fuzzy Bitar, Senior Vice President Health, Safety, Environment & Carbon at bp and IOGP Chair. Fuzzy is a husband and father of two.

In the interview, he made it clear that men must be part of efforts towards gender equality, and it is of paramount importance that everyone understands why society and business need a more inclusive and balanced workforce. The energy sector, in particular, could benefit from a wider pool of talent to drive the energy transition.
