Management Committee Update
IOGP has welcomed Kimberly (Kim) McHugh to its Management Committee (MC), representing Chevron. She is the vice president of Wells for Chevron. The Houston-based petroleum engineer is responsible for all aspects of Chevron’s global drilling, completion, and workover operations.
Kim is following Craig May, who retired at the end of January 2021. Craig, who worked for Chevron since 1981, joined the Association’s MC in November 2014. He served as sponsor of the Wells Committee and became MC Vice Chair in 2017.
“Craig’s commitment to our industry is outstanding. Over the years he was instrumental in positioning IOGP as the go-to upstream association, raising its profile across the world, making it the voice of the industry.” said Fawaz (Fuzzy) Bitar, IOGP Chair.
“Craig was a hugely dedicated member of IOGP and its work and always put our members first. He will be sorely missed. We wish him and his family all the best in their next adventures, and are delighted to welcome Kim to the Management Committee.”
