Explore guidelines fo HSE auditing in the geophysical industry
The content, types and frequency of geophysical HSE audits is highly variable. In addition to the contractors’ own audits, clients also conduct audits before each operation. The guidelines have been produced in collaboration with IAGC to try to eliminate duplication of effort and to encourage contractors to take over the activity of commissioning and conducting audits and subsequent follow-up reports. These reports could then be made available to clients upon request, and should be acceptable to them, provided that audits are carried out in accordance with the guidelines.
